For more than a decade, I worked as a respiratory therapist. My days were filled with caring for patients, supporting families, and staying calm in the most critical of moments. That experience shaped who I am today — detail-oriented, dependable, and service-driven.

Those same values now fuel my work in real estate. I started investing because I wanted more freedom and security, not only for myself but also for others who share those same goals.

Over time, what began with a single vacation rental turned into a business that spans multiple states. Today, through Vacation Rentals by Sarah, I manage vacation rentals in San Diego and West Virginia, raise capital for fix and flips and multifamily developments.

What makes my approach different is the way I combine care with strategy. I believe in transparent communication, conservative underwriting, and treating investor capital with the same care as my own. I've built strong relationships with trusted contractors, lenders, and professionals so that every project is executed with integrity and attention to detail.

But at the heart of it all, my "why" is simple: I know what it's like to want more choices, more freedom, and more security for your future. Real estate became my path to financial independence, and now it's how I help others create the same for themselves.
