2049 Julian Ave. is a 5 unit multifamily value add project located in Logan Heights, just minutes from Downtown San Diego and surrounding central neighborhoods.

The project includes a full renovation of the three rear units, along with reconfiguring the main house from a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom into a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. We are also permitting the fifth unit and converting it from a studio into a functional 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit.

To improve the overall functionality of the property, we demolished the existing garage and added three off street parking spaces at the rear of the lot.
